Scott's expertise in building high-performance cultures was refined at the highest levels of military education. At the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as a Company Tactical Officer and Regimental Executive Officer, responsible for the legal command, mentorship, and operational synchronization of over 1,000 Cadets. He further expanded this impact as the Department Head and Commander of Missouri State University ROTC, overseeing the comprehensive growth and commissioning of future officers. Today, Scott translates this mastery of organizational leadership and succession planning into actionable strategies that help corporate teams bridge the gap between abstract goals and elite performance.
