Eric had a distinguished Army career that began at West Point and included being the honor graduate of the Army Ranger School, infantry company and battalion command in Afghanistan, and finally brigade command in Army recruiting. During this time, Eric developed a passion for developing leaders. This is what inspired him to found Arrowhead Leadership Consulting in 2020.

Brittany is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel, West Point graduate, combat veteran, and former US Army Recruiting Battalion Commander. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and DiSC/EQ coach. She is also a certified leadership coach, speaker and trainer through the Maxwell Leadership Team, Stakeholder-Centered Coaching, and The Coach School.
Brittany specializes in one-on-one leadership coaching for leaders at all levels, and group speaking and training in the areas of building personal resilience, developing self-awareness, and developing junior leaders.
Noble is a West Point graduate and former Army Ranger who served in the 82nd Airborne Division. After leaving the military, he went into business for himself and has been involved in multiple business startups, but what Noble loves most is working with people to help them make their businesses successful.

Brian is a retired Army Colonel who served over twenty-six years as a Special Forces officer. In that capacity, Brian led at every level starting with a 12-man Special Forces team through command of an 1,000-person special operations organization.
With multiple combat deployments, Brian honed his leadership skills in the toughest environments. As a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Brian specializes in developing junior leaders to reach their full potential.
Jessica is a certified DiSC-EQ coach and has been working in Leadership & Sales Management for 15 years. Her leadership team of over 750 people, over 50 direct sales leaders, consistently outperformed their peers in a global education company. As an Air Force Veteran, Jessica was deployed to Turkey on 9-11 and was in place for the kick-off of Operation Enduring Freedom.
She is the wife of a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant and a homeschool mom of three amazing kids: a United States Naval Academy Midshipman, a professional actor, and a thriving cancer survivor.

Sarah Carter graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 2008 and was directly commissioned into the US Navy. As a Navy pilot, she became the 4th woman to fly the P-8/A and completed two deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom – Philippines. Sarah served as Executive Officer of the President’s Emergency Operations Center at the White House Military Office, earning a Joint Service Achievement Medal for her service.
After earning a master’s in Organizational Leadership, Sarah became a certified coach and works with individuals and teams to improve leadership effectiveness. She specializes in developing new leaders and facilitating workshops on core values, goal setting, and leadership development. Sarah is also the author of All About Change and a certified LINC LPP facilitator, helping teams maximize their potential.
Scott Morris, originally from Vancouver, Washington, graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1996. He served in the Army for nearly 23 years, earning two Bronze Star Medals and deploying twice to Iraq. Scott held leadership positions at West Point and Missouri State University ROTC, retiring in 2019 after a successful career as an Artilleryman and leader developer.
With a master's degree in counseling and leadership development, Scott is passionate about developing leaders. He has coached and mentored Army Lieutenants, worked as an adult leader with the Boy Scouts, and currently directs team operations for the Lighthouse Christian Chargers Homeschool Football program. Scott enjoys helping others grow as leaders, combining his experience in leadership roles with a strong commitment to guiding the next generation of leaders.
