Founder & CEO
Eric had a distinguished Army career that began at West Point and included being the honor graduate of the Army Ranger School, infantry company and battalion command in Afghanistan, and finally brigade command in Army recruiting. During this time, Eric developed a passion for developing leaders. This is what inspired him to found Arrowhead Leadership Consulting in 2020. Eric loves building relationships and helping people grow as leaders in their personal and professional lives.

Brittany is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel, West Point graduate, combat veteran, and former US Army Recruiting Battalion Commander. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and DiSC/EQ coach. She is also a certified leadership coach, speaker and trainer through the Maxwell Leadership Team, Stakeholder-Centered Coaching, and The Coach School. Brittany specializes in one-on-one leadership coaching and group speaking in the areas of building personal resilience and developing self-awareness.

Jessica is a certified DiSC-EQ coach and has been working in Leadership & Sales Management for 15 years. Her leadership team of over 750 people consistently outperformed their peers in a global education company. As an Air Force Veteran, Jessica was deployed to Turkey on 9-11 and was in place for the kick-off of Operation Enduring Freedom. She specializes in one-on-one coaching and team consulting.

Coach

Jessica is a certified DiSC-EQ coach and has been working in Leadership & Sales Management for 15 years. Her leadership team of over 750 people consistently outperformed their peers in a global education company. As an Air Force Veteran, Jessica was deployed to Turkey on 9-11 and was in place for the kick-off of Operation Enduring Freedom. She specializes in one-on-one coaching and team consulting.
Coach
Sarah graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 2008 and was directly commissioned into the US Navy. As a Navy pilot, she became the 4th woman to fly the P-8/A. Sarah served as Executive Officer of the President's Emergency Operations Center at the White House Military Office. After earning a master's in Organizational Leadership, Sarah became a certified coach specializing in developing new leaders.

Scott served nearly 23 years on active duty as a Field Artillery officer. During his career, Scott deployed twice to Iraq and was awarded two Bronze Star Medals. Scott later served as the Department Head and Commander of the Missouri State University ROTC Program.

Scott is originally from Vancouver, Washington. He graduated from West Point in 1996 and earned a master's in counseling and leadership development. Coach
Seth was commissioned from the US Army's Officer Candidate School in 2004, becoming a Field Artillery Officer. He spent the remainder of his military career focused on the training and development of both US Military Forces and foreign military partners. As the former Professor of Military Science from the University of Connecticut, Seth spent the last four years training college students, preparing them to lead as Officers.
Coach
José Rivera is a retired U.S. Army Brigadier General with more than 30 years of leadership experience leading organizations ranging from small teams to formations of over 4,000 people in complex, high-stakes environments. He served in senior strategic roles across the Department of Defense, including directing operations for more than 12,000 Soldiers across the Middle East and Central Asia, while leading major humanitarian and force optimization initiatives. Today, José serves as an Associate Leadership Coach with Arrowhead Leadership Consulting, helping executives and teams improve communication, decision making, and execution through coaching grounded in emotional intelligence and his 4R leadership framework. He is also deeply committed to family, veteran advocacy, inclusive leadership, and community service, with a passion for helping others lead meaningful and impactful lives.
Coach
Drew Steadman is a career Army officer with more than 25 years of leadership experience leading teams in demanding environments where trust, discipline, and sound decision making were essential. He commanded organizations of up to 4,500 Soldiers and developed a leadership philosophy centered on responsibility, clarity, and empowering others to lead with confidence. Today, Drew mentors leaders who want to strengthen their teams, improve communication, and lead with greater purpose through practical, actionable coaching. Outside of work, he is an endurance athlete, Ironman finisher, and devoted family man who believes resilience, discipline, and leadership begin at home.
