Eric had a distinguished Army career that began at West Point and included being the honor graduate of the Army Ranger School, infantry company and battalion command in Afghanistan, and finally brigade command in Army recruiting.

During this time, Eric developed a passion for developing emotionally intelligent leaders who could thrive in any environment. His approach combines decades of real-world leadership experience with cutting-edge research in human performance and organizational psychology.

Today, Eric leads Arrowhead Leadership Consulting, helping organizations build resilient, high-performing teams through evidence-based leadership development programs.
